choice of 8 inch in-line fan??

Heres the deal. Max Fan is probably the best fan on the market, quietest & pushes the most air. Next inline is def the Vortex, again very quite and moves alot of air. They are the 2 most expensive fans on the market. Remember you get what you pay for. I would say CAN, Ecoplus and Active Air...

Most silent inline fan set up for 600w HPS? Need advice.

Vortex makes a REAL nice REAL quite inline fan. MUCH quieter than say a CAN, ECOPLUS, or ActiveAir. They also make these blue plastic ones, I forget the name but google blue plastic inline duct fan or something like that and i'm sure you can find it.

Do I need an adapter for my new Lumatek?

Both Sunlight Supply and HydroFarm sell Lumatek. Lumatek manufactures ballasts with both Sunlight and HydroFarm cord sets. If you ordered through HydroFarm and have a Sunlight reflector (or vice versa) you will need an adapter. Hope that helps.

looking good man... few comments/suggestions though.. 1) your lights look a little funky.. try putting them closer together for a more even spread across the unit. 2) why do you do your ventilation like that? why not cut holes in the sides of the room and have your lighting ventilation...

You are correct about the 5k initial stocking order. The real reason alot of hydroshops dont carry it is because humboldt requires 40 miles in between retailers of H&G not to mention they are slow as mollasses at proccessing applications for new accounts. It's rediculous that they give the few...

12th week of flower, yet new bud growth?

Honestly man i usually try not to be too cruel to people in the forums but your plants look terrible. It looks like they were in a 150 degree room and will probably never finish. They look stringy and shitty and stressed and just horrible. If my weed looked like that i'd quit. sorry pal. good...

does clipping fan leaves really enhance bud growth ?

actually.... clipping some fan leaves can be benificial as long as you dont over do it. exposing bud sites that were otherwise shaded will increase your final yield in some circumstances. i dont know about making the buds "more juicy", but i do know that on a stocky plant with lots of shaded...
