yeah, I'll go ahead and second the opinion that you have too many plants in one planter. In a planter that size I'd be reluctant to put more than two plants. Keep in mind that they will get a lot larger as they grow. They will need at least 8 inches diameter worth of space per plant to grow...

I'm not too awfully concerned with veg time. Once I get started I plan on having a new crop to harvest every week. This is all for personal use so I won't need many plants at the same time to pull this off. I usually go through a half-ounce in a week. I'll likely go through a full ounce a week...

I actually planned on growing from clones but my friend harvested his crop two days before I had my setup ready. He started another grow the same day and I got some of those seedlings from him as mentioned in my journal. I'm hoping those seedlings take off so I can just go for clones from now on.

Is there a way to do soil ph testing with litmus strips? I have access to unlimited supplies of this and would rather not spend more money on a device I may not need.

I've never actually tried a stealth box setup but am interested in it. My only question is how do you get the plants to fit in such a short area? Every plant I've grown has turned out 5+ feet tall. I'm not an expert horticulturist by any means btw so any helpful tips would be nice.
