yea the reason for the stretching is because there trying to get as close to the light as it can so put the lights way closer and ull be fine

the blue and red light is ok it wont hurt the plant at all. as for the streaching 10 inches is to far put the like 3 inches away form the sprout

lol hahahahahaha thats was pretty funny. it looks like u got the concept of every thing. ur gonna need way more lights.get cfls their pretty cheap.65k for veg and 27k for flowering. and get rid of the tin foil its no good,it will make spots on ur leaves because it make a lot of heat.ur better...
