Look into what strain it is to find out how long it's supposed to take to flower. If you don't know the strain then just give it 8 - 10 weeks. You don't have to cure it, you can just smoke it when dry.

You need an air cooled hood, either a cool tube or some other kind. No, there is no way around it.

The cost of hoods and ducting is peanuts compared to how much money you will have once you harvest this crop. Two 10" fans will cool all 4 hoods. Also, for now, I suggest you use both fans for exhaust.

If you go with the 2" x 2" just get a 250w HPS, cooltube and a 6" extractor fan.

T5 fluorescents are your best bet. They come indifferent sizes.
