    Do you have any with more blue Light, 5000k? That would be best. If not you can add the 2700k until you're able to get something better for vegetative growth

    Did you do it while lights on? Looks like the liquid was either to concentrated or it acted as a magnifying glass and caused the light to burn leaves

    I'm seeing white specks on numerous leaves. Check for bugs, look at the underside of leaves aswell and get back to me with the findings.

    It should be fine. Seaweed stimulates cell division of root cells, resulting in more lateral root growth and root mass.

    Ok. Chances are that the slowed growth you are experiencing is caused by the transplant. Give it some time and it should get back on track. Also add your cfls for side lighting.
