This is how i started, I germinated my seeds useing kitchen roll a plate and a bowl i wet the kitchen roll give it a sqeeze to get rid of any excess water and put the first 2 sheets onto the plate then i put the seeds spread out on the plate and put the second two sheets of damp kitchen roll...

If I was you i would go with something like Big Buddha Cheese, It's a high yealder and it is quite easy to grow in the right hands lol.
