Yeah you cant exceed the max watts per channel it will just short it out. Those fans say they push 250 cfm but i have a hard time imaging a 4.5" fan moving that much air it seems too good to be true in my opinion. I know it sucks but i think you are going to have to order a 4-6" inline fan or a...

Hey man, the fans i have are 235 cfm 6" ecoplus axial fans i got off ebay for 60$ each, they were a little loud on full speed but they are so powerful i put fan speed controllers on them and i can run them at about 70% power with 12 23w cfls and keep my temps around 80 while keeping it pretty...

put a 85w 27k cfl pointing down in the middle and do a vertical grow around the bulb with 2 plants, only veg 2-4 weeks train it up the sides and around the light with chick wire and string

Does anyone have any ideas how i can water my plants for 7 days over christmas break when i go home to see my parents? the plants already droop from no water after 30 hours so i dont know how they will live for 7 days...

Every one can always use more tools though lol. And as for the price its those big 6" axial fans and speed controllers for them that cost a good chunk of the change for me, i know you have one yourself on your box

I think you are right i put them into flower today now there are 10 23w 27k lights and 2 23w 65k lights.

counting the first fans i melted, rebuilding the back 3 times to get it how i wanted, the dresser, all the lights fans timers paint, that along with the pot soil seeds everything to get it up and growing i think about 500$

i think the lock and light leaks will be fine for your first grow man just throw a hygrometer in there and put a blanket over the box to cover it up or something. we all have to start somewhere my box aint perfect either

How have the temps and humidity been in the box?

a 400w is a good choice because it would be easier too cool off. Nice thing about the 600w lumatek i ordered is i can run a 400w bulb if heat gets out of control. initially i wanted to build one with a 1000w light in it because i tend to over do most things i get into but my girl talked me out...

Thanks man I ended up drilling holes in the bottom for drainage And got a tray to catch water run off. Glad you like the box man stay tuned in I'll be building a larger one with a 600w lumatek hps in the next few weeks
