Today is day 15 from germination. All seems to be going well. Turned out the plant didn't like the lights so low. As soon as I moved them back up the leaves perked up and growth resumed. I know this contradicts everything since they are T 5's but what MJ wants MJ gets :-) Anyhow, I've got 4 sets...

No, way too soooon. Also, the root needs to grow down not up and out. Thats a problem. 12/12 is used for flowing. Veg is 18/6 or 24/0 Depending on who you ask. I did 24/0 first 2 weeks and now 18/6.

I get that and I am not so much worried about the respect factor but the reality I is some parents will call the police on their kid. I bought a grow box cause I'm not able to build anything. Total set up-not cheap but worth it. Good luck.. Be careful.

I dont recommend growing anything unless everyone in the home is onboard. Its not safe or reasonable.

Neem is a natural pesticide. It can be sprayed on the plant. I started my grow room with it completely sprayed. I spray every few days for good measure. I've not seen anything more then a mosquito (sprayed it too). Neem oil smells awful but is also a wonderful treatment for fleas on your pets...
