I have a question I got 3 23x100 cfl and one 100w led grow light. Its 4400 lumens all together is that enough for 2x2ft area for one plant just give it a shot at indoors

I'm growing a plant and it started getting like brown little tiny buds dont know what it is and help would be great thank you , I use tap water let it sit 24 hours outside I ph the water to 6.5 I feed nutrients every 7days like lil brown on the bud any help would be great thanks
