They just can't be exposed to light for the first 15 or so days, so anywhere where the temp is high at like 85 and without light. I just put the jars in a shoebox and roast under my 14 CFL's, which tends to keep the temp up to around 80-85. I can't wait til they are done! :) Gonna be so...

Yes, AG is a waste in my opinion. Nothing beats a custom setup or even better SOIL. ;) Hydro grows have a distinguishable taste in my experience, and not a pleasant one always.

I'm using some organic soil I bought with no added ferts, then mix that with 1/3 perlite to give it a very airy type feel. The only nutes I use are Schultz Basic 10-15-10 and do a 1/2 strength feeding every 3-4 days (or everytime I water). I also mix in some Fish Oil, which contains 5-0-0 but it...
