was wondering, would it b possible to put a 150w or 250w hps in a 400w hps fixture? Or are those specifically for 400w? Also what u think is better? 300w cfl surrounding 3 plants, or a single 250w hps... This is for flowering...

which is better for a closet grow? 150w HPS or 150w worth of cfls? lets say... 2 42w, 2 26w, and 1 30w... are any better for vegging and other for flowering? also... heat is a problem for my closet... i had the cfls and fan in there at one period... and they all drooped on daytime... heat from...

on grow faq they say clones dont need that much light... they say the higher the cfl output, keep it farther away... they suggested like a 14w... will 2700k 42w b better then 14w 5500k? for clones?

what about type of light... i here they dont need that much... will a 42w 2700k cfl work for say... 2 clones? and do i need humidity increased or it wrapped in plastic or any of that stuff?

is it possible to bud it right after cutting?

is it possible to cut a clone and grow it from a soil medium? i hear they need straight nutrient... so i got Miracle grow organic... or Scotts premium grow and fert which is growing my main 3 plants now.... and also what should the lighting and time that should be on them?

update! some recent pics! first pic and 2nd pic is after i repotted them in gallon jugs 7/25 and next 3 are after they have grown a little and lst'ed 7/27 and i think that they are all confirmed female... (i saw this thing bigger then hair strand come from all of the branches and nodes...

just checked... im pretty sure all 3 are female... are the hairs that come out suppose to turn brown fast? and its not hairlike like i thought, it started green and turn brownish
