yep, from what i read on here is that foil doesnt reflect much and it turns your setup into an oven. flat paint replects around 95 % and mylar that looks like foil but is not reflects close to the 100%. mylar is very cheap now and days i just bought a roll of 36 inch by 25 feet for under 30...
