By adding more plants at different scales you will get issues. Your canopy height will be all over the place. And 16 is to many for a 4x4 you risk mold and light will not penetrate . Just because you have more plants does not mean your going to have more bud.

Most seed banks do stealth shipping , But just because you have a med card in your state does not make you 100% safe. There is the chance you will get you seeds hold up in shipping. It is always a good ideal to ship to a po box or some other option and not your house.

Designer . The bad boy does seem to have a nicer ballast but I have run these for years and they never failed. The way they double up there bulbs seems kind of cool also. But like I said not really worth the cash unless you have money to spare. T5 is t5 at the end of the day.

They need very little light at the start. I would keep a eye on heat, and make sure it is not just stagnet air . Try to have fresh air if possible.

The way you set it up will work, if I was you I would run the system for a couple days with no plants and check temp. Then adjust as needed.

You want light but not to much so depending on distance you might be good. The reason why when the light is to close they don't focus on the rooting aspect . I keep the lights about 3 feet away and have not lost a clone in years.

I run the Hydrofarm t5s in veg and have for years. I checked out the badboy and seems to have some cool features but not enough for me to switch up. They produce the same lumens and can run the same bulbs so that to me is all that matters.

No gel for me . Just the recommend dose on the bottle. And I change out every 7 days. Then at two weeks they are ready to go.

I have been using GH rapid start and a little aqua shield. That is all I use and have had 100% succucess with that combo.

You are using OR with out any cal-mag? I use OR myself and use Botanicare cal mag at 150ppm . So I would say yes that should fix your issues.

Looks like calcium . What is your ph at? You useing tap water? Or OR?

Will you be using the cfl for 12/12? And are you switching all the plants to 12/12 at the same time? Might have issues because the difference with hieght .

Looks good man. Little tip, take your pictures after the hid lights just turn off. You get a much better look at them that way. But besides that, looks like they are rite where they should be.

Thanks , yeah I used some sn90 in the res and it wiped them out. Put a new sticky up and not one bug on it or any in the room. Works well if anyone else has that issues. Thanks for the help guys.
