aero was def a lot harder than i thought... biggest problem is that my res is a rubbermaid container... it has 8 holes for plants but there is now way i could grow 8 mature plants in that thing lol... plus i had some root rot issues w/ res temps... pain in my ass... so def going hempy buckets...

im also using technaflora nutes and have feed the one that survived with 50% nutes since 2 weeks old... never had a problem with them...

yea so i grow in an aeroponics set up which is similar.... the main thing you need to worry about now that your res temps are high is getting them down and the all important "root rot"... lordjin is right you need to check your roots bc if they are slimy you def wanna get some h202 or sm90...

yea tik it might be your seeds... im using bag seed still bc its free and my results have been good... yea warped i read where they did the 3 to 1 so im thinking of doing a perlite/coco mix...3 parts coco and 1 part perlite... cant wait for these germs to pop and try a new method especially with...

hey warped what is your ratio of coco to perlite? i was thinking about doing 3 parts coco to 1 part perlite and filling the bottoms of my 5 gallon pots w/ about an inch and a half of gravel...

i will def be trying this method this time around... thanks for the advice warped... tik i started germinating some seeds today... i ran out of paper towels so i decided to try coffee filters (read somewhere that coffee filters might work better bc they arent as thick as a paper towel...we shall...

wow and you got those results... think ima switch to soil... lol... and tik my germs normally pop up in about a week maybe a lil longer but like i said i wait until they are kinda growing in the paper towel... you have to keep the paper towel moist... ill be germing some today... considering...

warped what type of light are you using?

tik im excited to see what the new ladies are gonna look like and as far as sexing that plant its still a little hard to tell... give about one more week and it should be very noticeable... warped you get those pics up yet? lol dont leave me hangin...

biggest mistake was doing aeroponic for my first grow... lost like 3-4 plants due to ROOT ROT... now i keep the res bleached out and some h2o2 and sm90 on stand by... keep those res's clean and dark lol...

i understand what clown is saying... thats why i asked about your light schedule... might be strain specific but i did read some where that during the dark period in veg is when your root system grows and gets stronger... but ive also heard that 24/0 or 20/4 makes your plants bigger i general...

they def enjoyed it... lol

the plant looks good and healthy... i would def go ahead and switch the lights over to 12/12 to start flowering esp if you are working w limited space... i would also consider getting some more cfl's... 23watt(100watt equal) or higher will be fine for what your doing now... and try to find them...

what kind of lights are you using? and whats your light schedule? if that lady is 8 weeks old she should be flowering right now unless size and lights arent an issue...

why no dark period during veg?
