Could you please tell me what is the purpose of the egg carton on the side? Is it covering up the fan? If so doesn't it restrict your airflow?

I go to AMS at least twice a year and my personal suggestion is that you try as many different ones and possible. The only coffee shop I do not like is the bulldog in Lespladen, but even the bulldog is not that bad, its just my personal preference. Enjoy Amsterdam!!!!

Since I have a similar setup, are the fluros in addition to CFLs ?

Are the "daylight" CFL's 2700K or 6500K? I have both daylight and regular CFL's which I got at Costco. Unfortunately the box doesn't specify the spectrum. Thanks
