So, this is my first grow, and im really inexperienced, so out of all your expert opinions, what method of pruning/training/cropping would be the easiest and most efficient for a newbie like me? (Thanks for all the replies!)

I am trying to find a dealer in Canada, but its not looking like they sell the soil here, just nutrients.

Right now because locally no stores carry either of those brands, and the seeds need to be planted in the next few days. I have saved another 6 seeds so next grow I will plan out better and try to do things right, while still being on a budget.

Update- Second plant has mold growing on the soil and it dying, time to put it out of its misery :( But the other plant is doing well! The leaf's are green only thing I noticed was the tips are a little droopy and yellow but it hasent gotten worse over the last few days, its gotten better, less...

Update- Last night just cus, I took a straw and shoved in to near the roots in the soil, and blew threw the straw, then left it there, I did the same with the other plant. This morning, the plant in the bigger pot is looking great, new foliage, the second set of leaves might be taking over as...

Alright, well im thinking I am going to germinate the seeds, and tomorrow will buy a god soil, in the meantime, I am going to try and led these guys dry up a bit and hopefully survive and grow into nice little weed plants. I'll make sure to keep you guys updated on what happens with the plants...

At this point I really just wanna know if they will survive, because if not I will start germinating 2 other seeds.

Its not miracle grow, its some like, cheap no name brand, on the package it just says for vegetables and flowers, looked around for any added fertilizers, couldn't find any... As for light, I am now using 2 23w cfl lights, around 3-5" away from the plants, will this do the job? Or should I look...
