    DAS DIY COB Panel

So as I said earlier, I had shortened a lot of the wires, and added some hot glue to hold them in place and to insulate them to prevent any short circuiting. Now I am just on the hunt for something to hold my wires up out of place, fan speed controller with probes and another air pump for my...

    DAS DIY COB Panel

Already about 3 steps ahead of you guys lol. Like I said in the OP I was about 90% done and still need to tidy up my electrical, that was what I was referring to. Glad you guys are looking out for my safety though :) all is good. I added hot glue to all the wires going into the COB holders to...

    DAS DIY COB Panel

Yea, maybe I did dim it, I can't really tell lol, I'll take a multimeter to it later to find out for sure. I'm 2 hours into my stress test, and the heatsink is COLD to the touch. Room temp for sure. I added a 6" intake to the cab, and ran my 6" duct, and I'm about 2° above ambient room temp...

    DAS DIY COB Panel

It was all I could find that had a solid core. I build houses so I stole ten feet from the electrician lol. Was looking for 18 but it'll do. Wires cold as ice. Heatsink gets pretty hot after a 8 hour test last night without ventilation pulling heat out of the top half of my cab Having a...

    Seeds without cotyledons

Looks like that taproot ripped off, looks like you can see the cotlydons at the bottom of the cup, and right above the root in the first picture. Be very gentle with those taproots, they can break off easily and you can slow growth dramatically, or worse, kill your babies.

    REALSTYLES DOES IT AGAIN!!!!!!

Cool, I'll keep that in mind. Only reason why I didn't go with KingBrite is because Jerry? said that he would mark the package as worth only a couple bucks. Been there and done that before with guys out of China, not comfortable doing that on a $300+ order, and import fees would have cost me a...

    REALSTYLES DOES IT AGAIN!!!!!!

Mousers was about 10% more for myself than digikey for my CXA3590's, not sure if any of you guys use them as well, but a great option for us Canadians. Got my order from both Mousers and DigiKey next business day, within 24 hours with standard shipping. Quite impressed actually.

    DAS Perpetual Stealth Cab Chronicles

Thanks! The vortex gets a little loud, but I have a variable speed dial and run it at about 50V and I can't hear it outside the grow room. Noise was my major concern being stealth, and I have since added plywood and insulated the Ventilation Cab to prevent even more noise. The majority of which...

360W LED Stealth Cab and My First Grow

Alright here is the update. I was pretty busy this week, I upgraded my flower dresser to 540W, temps have been fairly stable around 8 degrees over ambient. It did reach 95 at some point because of the furnace being on, and this was after about 24 hours of constant use, this was a stress test of...

What's up RIU been a few days. We have signs of life! Two have sprouted, so I will refer to this as day 1 of their life, officially. I have and will continue to number the plants based upon their speed of sprouting. Here is a few pics of the little girls (hopefully). I plan to add my perlite and...
