i would place the closes in some rockwool cubes, presoak to drop the ph and a little nutes to the cubes. use a cheap clear storage container from walmart upside down to make a hunidity tent. just mist the clones till the roots start poking out the bottom than you can water the cube.

some of the digital ballasts on the market can run both, the ballast will detect and make the change. lumintek is one the comes to mind.
