Environment is the same but now moisture goes down to 30 even when the lights on.I put a wet tower at the floor and 2 cups full of water, dont know what changed but moisture went down.What can I do or buy to raise/stabilize moisture level??

temperature when lights on is between 24-30C and at night its 19-23C are these okey?

I put a wet white towel on my grow rooms floor and a cup of water next to the plant.When the light is on moisture level is around 60-70 but at night it gets down to 40-45.Is this okey? what should I do to raise the level of moisture at night?? thanks alot.

I read from many sources, but reading is not the thing it is the experience that comes from actual growing... I tried 2 different methods but rockwool seemed the easiest for me, I believe that I know what to do but there are just lots of thing to make sure, this is why I am failing, so any help...
