Yeah man sorry to be the bringer of bad news but you cannot use peroxide with bacteria its one or the other. Id go with bacteria as it give you a organic mix with your nutes and give a better taste and final yeild. Consider using the bacteria to make a tea which makes it even better.

Hey man im subbed you have a nice set up. Are you using bacteria and peroxide. That smell you are getting is probbably root rot or if youa re using bacteria and peroxide then the peroxide is killing the good bacteria as it dies it smells.
