You should just go for it!! This temp seems pretty cool for input. And if you use LEDs you can run a little hotter leaf temp than normal. I think you should duct into the tent directly on top from your AC. Then vent out the bottom. You'll probably need a dehumidifier, too.

Well regarding the heat, I don't exactly know, but it will be better than a 600w HPS. And it's great that you've got some circulation via the ceiling AC vent. You may get by with just a really good 6" exhaust fan and a dehumidifyer (especially for flowering)! I think if you train the plants...

Your light is not a good choice for a small closet with little ventilation. LED is better IMO.
