I can't tell you how many ppms to feed your plants since all conditions, mediums are diffrent but for the 1st 36 hrs of flower turn the lights off and no watering

Wet roots are not happy but moist to damp are. The bigged better root system you have the bigger/ better plants that's for sure

The key to speeding up veg is keep your lights bright and medium never wet between 1/3-2/3 capacity always
