    Is this ok?

North is correct, it's definitely just some rough handling. Maybe from transplanting. From everything I've heard, with organics it's not necessary to check your PH. But I'd just make sure to double check that the nutes have every single thing your plant needs because tap water has a lot of good...

Is this a nutrient burn? quick toughts.

Sorry about so many responses, but I did some reading, and along with just the lack of light to lower branches (which isnt anything major), it definitely appears to be leaf septoria. A fungus that typically shows up right in the beginning of flowering due to high moisture, lack of airflow, or...

Is this a nutrient burn? quick toughts.

If your humidity is high I would definitely do something to lower it, and if your getting your leafs wet consistently, I would stop immediately. And if your using tap water, I would have quit giving calmag a long time ago. (Well that depends on your grow medium) If its soil, then quit the calmag...

Is this a nutrient burn? quick toughts.

One thing appears to be lack of lighting to the lower branches. Give them a firm tug, and if it's just from lower level lack of light, they should pop right off as if they were meant to. I pull leafs off below my scrog everyday that look similar, but I dont let them get to that point. And some...

Is this a nutrient burn? quick toughts.

Lol dont trust anything this jypsy guy says. I've seen him on other posts and the guy is a straight asshole, and throws insane drastic "solutions" out there.

    N deficient or nutrient burn

If leafs that are on the upper branches in direct light are having the same issue, (which I didnt see any, but it's hard to tell from the 2 angles I saw), then I could be N deficiency, or another form of deficiency. Sorry about the multiple replies man

    N deficient or nutrient burn

( and if you want proof of the lack of light, I have about 30 leads I could take pictures of that I've pulled off the last couple days from below my scrog canopy. Most just turned an even yellow/light green. But the ones that were directly under a another leafs shadow, or partly turned straight...

    N deficient or nutrient burn

Or if it's in hydro it could just be lack of aeration

    N deficient or nutrient burn

Man forget what most people are saying. The first pic is lack of light to the lower leafs, and isn't anything to worry about. That drooping looks like severe overwatering or could even be underwatering. The two problems are hard to differentiate

    Humidity control

I actually used a humidifier up until a week before I flipped to flower

    Humidity control

Seedling I maintained it about 70%RH Vegetative about 60% RH and gradually decreased to 50 the last couple weeks of veg. And now I'm hoping to maintain about 45% for flowering 40% would even be nice for late fowering

    Led lighting modification?

Eh maybe when tax season comes around I'll consider the quantums, but I'll probably end up going with the hps/mh Think 2 1000watt hps and mh bulbs would be close to enough for a 8x4 area? Maybe a 100cfm cool tube going to each one? Would think I could set that up for no more than 600

    Humidity control

    80 pint dehumidifier I believe

    Humidity control

Eh I guess theres no way around it. Actually the goodwill near me has this nice 5-600$ dehumidier/ airconditioner for 99$ I'll pick it up sometime this week
  15. AndromedaM31

    Led lighting modification?

Damn man that's just so expensive... It seems like it would be like 1/4 the cost to just use mh/hps with cool tubes and upgraded ventilation

    Humidity control

So where I live the humidity is always high, and I cant really afford to go out and spend 200$ on a decent dehumidifier and I've read a bunch of things saying that the small ones are crap, does anyone have any advice?? The past couple weeks it hasn't been too bad, but it's starting to hit 60s...

    Led lighting modification?

How much wattage would I be looking at needing with these? Like it's all kinds confusing, most lights say like 400watt equivalent or can replace a normal 200watt light and so on. Say I have a 2x4 area with 3 plants. How big of a set up would you need/how many watts?

    Led lighting modification?

That's why they are called "high intensity discharge lights"? And why 90% of the time they are used with a cool tube of some sort.

    Led lighting modification?

Ahh well next grow I'm thinking about switching to either quantum boards or either mh/hps. Quantums are just so damn expensive, and the hid lights put off so much heat. Ah I'm sure I'll work it out

    Led lighting modification?

So I'm using a couple vivosun 300watt leds in my set up and I understand that a lot of people are against the whole blurple lighting and what not. I've heard quite a few say that a lot of that energy goes into the cooling fan. So my question is, if I disconnected the cooling fan from the light...
