Hmm... Sounds interesting. I am probably going to do some trial runs with coco. Ive never used vermiculite or dolomite lime before. I'm going to look into them. Anyone use Fox Farm's Ocean Forest Blend? They have shit tons of that stuff at my local hydroponic store.

Dirt is pretty soft and doesn't have any rocks. I planned to mix the dirt I dig out with soil I bought and some perlite. Smart pots look great, would cost a fortune to put each one in a smart pot though. What are your guy's experiences as far as ground vs pots?

Hey guys. Doing my first outdoor grow this year and I was just wondering what's better? Getting some 30-40 gallon pots or just digging a big hole for each of them and planting them in the ground? Also any tips would be great. I'm in the pacific northwest and i'll have about 15 plants.

Is that to preserve them or actually clone them? I heard you can clone them in a glass of water in the refrigerator or something.

So one of my ladies just fell over and broke in half so I want to salvage the stems and make clones, but i have no rockwool. Is there something i can do to preserve them until i get some? or clone them without it? Thanks.

Well I am planning on growing more on my next grow, but I only have 6 plants this grow. The room i have them in is 7'5" x 5'2". Just measured the room haha. You think two 400's is too much? Also, they are perfectly fine to switch now? I thought they were too young or something.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was actually planning on buying a couple of 400 watt HPS lights for budding. So if i do get those bulbs, should i wait a few more weeks?
