But your plant is too streched , you should bend it over and put your hps at arround 10" from it so your lower branches get some light and put on some weight also. as long as canopy temp dont go past 80F

take the temp in the top of your plants, thats important to know , not just the temp in the room. 4 inch from an 400W hps ? no no thats to close probably , 400W HPS should be bettewen 8" to 14" from the canopy
