thanx dontpanic I still have the lower growth going on these plants so I have them under 24/0 CFL's to re-veg. Im gonna make another cross of the sweet purp x bubb so I can have some seeds ready for long term storage. I also have 3 sweet purp babies that just sprouted!

Almost anything you zap in the microwave will create an odor. But the odor from the bud isnt strong enough to linger throughout the house. The paper towel kinda blocks the smell also. I recommend cooking some pizza or something in the microwave once the bud is finished. That way you can cover...

03/23/2009 - Day 56 of 12/12 under the 400w HPS in the GrowCab Greetings Earthlings! Quick update, I've picked a few smaller buds off for test smokes. Both of the has a very "heady buzz" right now, neither of them really has that PUNCH im looking for so I know they have at least another week...

its probably around 200-300 grams right now, it'll dry up to be about 3 oz my guess is it was pre-mature tho...

your not "nuking" your babies. its only 'one or two buds' for a sample smoke. the buds dont even weigh .5 grams each..thats nothing when im planning on harvesting over a quater pound. :peace:

which is why I only recommend microwaving for 27 seconds. I think ur missing the point, the bud sweats in the microwave, the purpose of the paper towel is to catch the moisture, and the leaves are folded up like that to protect the bud (calaxyes) from sweating too much..or over-drying...
