I held the scissors to her stem and I couldn't do it... After having everything set-up and being ready to chop her down I was able to get a better view. She is still shooting white hairs out the top and there are a bit more white hairs then I could see before. I am going to harvest Tuesday...

Molasses can be picked up at almost any grocery store, why not just grab it? Also you could probably boil/stir that in water then give them the water.
