    Greenhouse odor control idea

So i am hoping to build a greenhouse in the coming months and my goal will be to keep it odor-free. It will be a solid greenhouse, not a hoop house or similiar. My idea comes from how commercial compost facilities will use finished compost /mulch to cover the static piles, creating a bio-cover...

    Gorilla tent skin not fitting

I actually did what roger said there with putting the bottom on top. The directions had it seeming like it was right and I was confused. Switched em and suddenly it fit like a glove.

    Seedling fan tip clip

Ok I see what your trying to do. I might start doing this to new seedlings in the future. Is there any drawback for it there? Topping adds recovery, but I'm assuming there is no recovery for clipping, so really I'm just speeding up being able to fim/top later right? Will it speed the recovery...

    Seedling fan tip clip

So to explain what it is your trying to do, basically you are clipping the first single blade leaves and they get stunted promoting more growth above them? Do you continue clipping leaves after the first ones or does the idea not carry over when the plant is no longer a seedling?

    Dryxi No-till Grow Journal

Well its been two weeks, so we are due for an update. Today I introduced another order of the predator mites to combat some spider mites that showed up again the other day. The plants are growing nicely and I am flipping to flower today. On another note, the Strawberry Grape Banana phenos both...

    Dryxi No-till Grow Journal

Just transplanted the arise and pure love plants tonight. They were left in the solo cups too long and were getting sad. Found some fungi in the bed as well as a ton of red wigglers from my vermicompost I have been top dressing with. The Silver Mtn and Strawberry-banana were all chopped and are...

Here is a shot of the new boys and girls that will be taking their place in the garden in the coming weeks. Currently vegging under a qb65 and looking very good. The amount of growth is startling compared to what I was getting out of that dome with the included led tube (low wattage). The...

Air intake hoses entering room from top - what way to place them near ground?

The more ducting = means higher cfm on your fan. Goal is to have as little ducting as necessary so you can have a smaller fan for your intake (works the same way for the exhaust, more obstacles more cfm). If you have to allow air from near the ceiling, I would say put a fan on it to have an...

Here we are at day 59. I top dressed some different amendments like alfalfa, kelp, and buildasoil craft blend. That's to get it ready for next cycle more than for these plants here.

    Seedling problems

I have heard repeatedly that measuring the runoff gives you a small picture of what's going on and more than most of the time isnt going to help much. As someone above said, black gold is much more of a compost than a potting soil and one special fact about organic matter (compost) is that it...

    Need some help gentelmen

If your confused about how much to water, let the pots dry out (not completely, so dont kill your plants) and lift the pot. You'll see its light, now start watering it. I'd go semi slowly and let the water soak in, and when I start actually getting runoff I can see how much water I gave them...

    bodhi seeds

Wish I had some money atm and I'd be hitting that up. On another note, is there a certain time that bodhi typically drops new strains or is it pretty regular throughout the year?
