You can feed full strength with G/O. Actually double the recommended amount. You need to start 3/4 strength. No 202020 G/O has tons of beneficials the 202020 will kill them. Run off will be different ppm almost always the plant takes in the nutrients it needs and wants.

IMO re using the soil is never good. If you are having trouble with expenses switch to a coco or promix hp goes along ways for the price. When you re-use soil it can open up a can of worms. With all the additives in your soil either of these will give you great results.

The worm tea isn't hot, however if you are composting in the same bin the nutrients and salts from the compost are probably the issue.
