Agreed-- one really could grow super dank for really cheap. The nutrient bottles are definitely easier, having feeding schedules and whatnot, but still-- you can't argue with the bull price on a lot of these salts. I'm definitely gonna be on the lookout for some potassium silicate

Hey, thanks for the reply. I also noticed the copper in the ingredients; I know copper alone is not bad for the plant (and is one of the micro nutrients if I'm not mistaken) but I'm not sure how high the levels are, or at what point the levels become toxic.

Yeah, hell the "base" nutrient to the 3 part system is just nitrogen and calcium, if you look at the ingredients its just calcium nitrate, which is a salt you can buy in bulk. In fact, you can look at most nutrient bottles ingredients and as long as its a salt, then you can buy it in bulk...
