I've been feeding like that for a while, no issues. I think the smoke has more to with a long proper cure than flushing. The only reason I can see to flush is if the plant has been overfed. There is great hydro bud out there and hydro feed schedules are uber aggressive with nutes.

J/K. True story that beauty is from bag seed. Strain is a Pre 98 Bubba Kush. Looks a lot darker in person, with some hints of purple. Not sure why my camera made it look so limey. No flush. Never watered to run off and apparently this is a no-no too, but I water with plain H2O twice...

When do chop based on trichs? Do you let them go amber first???

Fox tails aren't that bad. Check for light pollution. If that isn't it, you can try turning the lights down or maybe shorten the lights on period a bit.

How long did you run your Banana Kush in flower?

Overfed??? Why are you doing ebb and flow for those guys - hand watering daily should do the trick. If that medium holds any water, you might not need to water for days....

Unless you've been over feeding, I see no reason to flush. If you had lockout last go around, then I think you'd be better off addressing that as part of the feeding schedule, not by adding flushes to the mix. Are you seeing signs of overfeeding? I think flushes have their place, but flushing...
