    if it was outside not nessasarily where i live outside crops would be finished about right now so your plant could be flowering because its just that time of year! if its indoors and you never changed your light schedule then it might have autoflowering properties

    that may be 220v... you might wanna check that out green is usually the ground wire. but if that was the case there would be a neutral too. its odd that the green wire isnt red or white. are you in the us? im an electrician and if i knew more about the light i can most likely help.
