You would think that horizontal would make a plant very confused by the rapid shift in gravity...where as the roots would be trying to grow down....vertically you would limit this and also balances out the direction of the earths gravitational pull....have you ever seen a time lapse of seedlings...

Yes just back off to straight seltzer and or h2o2 diluted towards harvest....herbs and vegetables are often washed like this also to keep them mold and pathogen free

Yes seltzer water w/I sodium can be used throught the whole grow. Yes you can use h2o2 w/ Organics! I wouldn't recommend watering with it as it will kill good and bad bacteria...but with that being said 5ml in a pint sprayed on the surface lightly and one the leaves and young buds keeps mold...
