IMO, the worm castings are mainly for soil building and microbes that like to trade nutes with your roots. The first grow I used them, I got a bit better yield, but the aroma/flavor and general quality was definitely better.
I got the wiggle worm organic bagged castings mixed in my soil, and I give them bloom city worm tea every other watering. Worms break everything down so it’s useable for the plants, it won’t burn your shit.
