Ive found Fox Farms Big Bloom works really nicely, and its completely organic.

A good rule is to have 100 to 200 watts (actual not equivalent) per plant. Also, if you want to see good growth make sure that they are 6500k (kelvins) for your veg phase and a mix of 6500k and 2700k for your flowering phase. Ive seen people pull 6.5oz off of their plants using just cfls. So...
