Hey Jorge no:/ problem was, measurement was on my balcon. I only have a 5meter usb cabel, but distance from my computer to balcon is like over 30meter. I will ask my mother if she would give me her laptop for one 1-2 days. Then i will make a similar measurement and share spd data

now i made a measurement out of the window of my sleeping room. Here we dont have see contact direct to sun, but the sky is clear. See photo. 9.38 (UTC+1/morning time)

now its 9.23 (UTC+1/morning time), on my balcon the sun shine pretty bright allready for this time. Measurement was taken on my balcon, sun side of home. Sun shine directly on my balcon like you can see on photo

here a measurement at morning time(07.42 / UTC+1), sun beginn to show up. But moon is still visible, you can see it at the top of the photo i will post later at day some other measurement

yes im sure, they are only allowed to sell citizen cob to poland. Citizen it self told them to sell then only in poland.. i asked them allready 2 times via email, they gave me both time the same answer. They told me to contact offical distributer for germany..
