I agree with omg. High CBD levels can bring on a beer buzz effect. Ketama from World of Seeds is one strain that comes to mind in this regard. While not necessarily high in CBD (that I know of), TGA's Dairy Queen reminds me a bit of an alcohol buzz. I actually found that it mixed too well...

What county is that? I have a feeling Boulder County would honor Dr. Recommended plant counts but don't know for sure.
