So I did purchase some and this last harvest I noticed the humidity standing around 60 percent...is that bad?

Everytime I jar I feel like the buds get kinda spongy the next day...am I not drying long enough? Also I am putting all my buds into a couple big jars...do I need to put them in multiple little jars?
