    Re-using soil

I checked out your grow dude, nice looking buds for sure! I'm actually pretty interested in LED/HPS hybrid so props. If you used new soil, maybe you wouldn't have fungus gnats in your growroom right now. The gnats are attracted to dried algae and other byproducts in used soil that aren't...

    Re-using soil

Yes your highness, I think soil comes from the soil factory. If you've never had any type of mold or bug infestation, just wait. Its coming for you. Symphilids are one of the beefiest blights that are almost invincible, only way they'll be able to get far enough along is if you re-use soil. Do...

Sungro Sunshine Mix #1 what to add to it?

Dolomite lime acts as a pH buffer, the more you add the more it will buff. Lime has a pH of exactly neutral (7.0), when the soil moves farther away from 7 the dolomite kicks in and starts pulling it back. One cup per cubic foot of soil will keep you around 6.8-7.2 for at least 3 months. Make...

When is the best time of day to top my plant?

I top at the end of the day, nutes and water have coursed back down to the root system, seems to shock it a little less since the tip you're removing isn't saturated. The bigger the plant is, the less it seems to care.

i over waterd my plant!!! need to know what to do if anything

seedlings don't need much water at all, they just can't go bone dry. Moisture meters are at greenhouses, growshops, or anywhere online.

i over waterd my plant!!! need to know what to do if anything

Let it dry, not much you can do. If it starts completely falling over, you can bury the seedlings stem farther up toward the leaves to help it out. Buy a moisture meter. I say this alot, but I think its one of the best tools a new soil grower can have. They're 10 bucks, you won't regret it.

Is this a pH problem or heat? (with pic)

No problem, good luck dude. PM me if you keep having problems with this one.

Is this a pH problem or heat? (with pic)

I'd avoid that until the plant bounces back. Its already damaged, wind is going to drain more moisture out of it. On a healthy plant I'd say its fine, that one. . . I'd be careful. Buy a moisture meter. They're 10 bucks and will ensure you never mess up watering again. I can't say enough good...

    Re-using soil

Indeed. Re-using soil outdoors is fantastic. (not sarcasm, it really is.) You gotta re-condition a little bit, but I think it rocks.
