    Re-using soil

You're going to make me type aren't you. Young man, the plant refusing to grow is not the issue with re-using soil. -Mold -Pests -Fungus -The aeration qualities of the soil are going to be vastly reduced. -Microscopic root hairs are going to be permeating your entire medium, if you immediately...

Metal halide and hps in one?

You know what dude? You asked for a vet grower, I answered. You got it though, I'll stop with the advice gladly, no argument from me, I don't see how you had a problem with my response. I said BULBS ARE A DIFFERENT STORY. Fuck yourself very much, good luck with your growing.

Is this a pH problem or heat? (with pic)

A combination of high heat and too much water will do that to leaves quickly. It'd be my guess man, what were your temps running?

    Impossible to overwater a plant...

Sup. I like answering stuff like this from a critical thinking point of view so bear with me. Roots are iddy biddy. Your soil medium is designed to retain water. Granted it has perlite to drain water as well so its not creating puddles in the soil, however! When you water, the bucket becomes...

Question for an indoor vet grower

Well now you know how to flower. Since you're using predominantly CFLs and you say you don't know your way around, reading all the stickys on this subforum will help you out alot. https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-growing/ Oh, and btw? If you expect an internet forum to not kick back smartass...

Is this a pH problem or heat? (with pic)

Your pH is basically perfect man. 6.8 is the touted perfection number I've seen. I'm cool as long as my soil pH is between 6.2 and 7.6 personally. How much water have you been using?

Metal halide and hps in one?

The ballast isn't the bulb. Electronic ballasts will run a MH or HPS bulb, but it doesn't convert the bulb into "both". If you're interested in dual spectrum bulbs, thats another story. . . .

Question for an indoor vet grower

My first response wasn't snippy or rude man, the budding question is in multiple FAQs and if you've done your reading you'd know already EASILY. I don't know what your fucking problem is and I don't really care. The attitude you've got going on isn't going to help you along very well, maybe...

Question for an indoor vet grower

Haha, cowell man you gotta teach me your zen routine or something. Maybe I've been poking around NC too much recently, I dunno. How long do you think before this cat starts teaching people like he's a grandmaster grower? His join date is june so I'd say pretty soon!

Question for an indoor vet grower

If you're asking when they'll bud you don't really have license to call someone stupid. That information is splattered everywhere on this forum son. Do some reading and don't waste my time.

My VERY FIRST GROW. PICS!! Comments PLEASE.

Cal/Mag is really easy to tell between when its advanced. I still feel that you have a calcium def, not mag. HOWEVER! There's no good goddamn reason to not add those epsom salts AND calcium sulfate. People refer to it as "a cal/mag problem" because the symptoms are closely related. If you got a...

My VERY FIRST GROW. PICS!! Comments PLEASE.

If Grizz doesn't come up with anything else. PFFFFT. Bitch you have a calcium def. Stunted growth, burning leaf tips, new growth looking steadily weaker? Calcium. You'd have inter-veinal chlorosis if it was magnesium def, and I don't see any yellowing veins on those leaves, do you? Calcium...

My VERY FIRST GROW. PICS!! Comments PLEASE.

Its not gonna kill them, jeeze. Epsom is pretty much straight magnesium, i'd start with a teaspoon per gallon. Sorta harder to get it out than in. Glad you liked the joke. I usually use cal/mag, add trace elements regularly, or mix dolomite in beforehand. Never used epsom. Ask. . . . . hrm. Who...
