Yes you do need these fans, lack of airflow will result in poor plant performance. As for what size fans you will need depends on your lighting. What lights are you using?

For a tent I recommend budbox very good sturdy tents and almost light proof, I brought mine and haven't been disappointed, only thing is i wish i got a bigger tent so i could grow more ;D
