It is common for this to happen. Usually it is a little Cal/mag deficiency, but could also be a little N deficient. When did you stop veg nutes? With the light switch or did you gradually switch from veg to bloom nutes?

is it bent? splint it with something on both sides of the bend or stake it up so the stalk is stright. It will repair itself if you got to it soon enough . Otherwise it will die. sorry bro

it is an awesome deal. Pretty much gives yuo everything you need to get started. Something to think about is upgrading your reflector into something with a cool tube. For that matter, if you get a cool tube and its own fan you could easily handle a 600 watter in there...
