Well if you want your LED to last the life time they are rated for they cannot be ran at full power. They can only be ran at say 1.5w each. Having some of the blue spectrum in your grow during flower is always good. But you are going to want more of the 2700 or hps light during flower than the MH. So I would use HPS and if you have say one or 2 small 6500 cfl you could throw them in there for supplemental lighting. STAY HIGH!!!
