thanks for the answer NLX, ive been wondering about that too. i was in my buddies room and noticed that white stuff on every cube he had. i didnt want to criticize his grow so i just kept my mouth shut...but is it bad when the white starts to mold and turn green?

from what i understand and have seen, you cant over-do the molasses. its an additive, rather than a nutrient. so you will not burn the plant from it...on one plant this year i added 4 tblsp of molasses per gallon just to experiment. i cant say it wasnt a good idea

i used A LOT of molasses on my first plant this season. turned out great, it really swelled the buds up. and i have to say that it gave no problems with bugs/insects/pests etc. thats just my expereince though, my problems now are deer and other varmits:evil:

so far it seems like it worked. i just trimmed my buds and brought some to a party last night. everyone said it tasted great..even though it hadnt even cured. i'll let u know for sure in about 2 weeks when its completely cured

ive heard that you can use molasses all the way through until you chop because its sugars rather than actual nutrients...soo i increased the molasses at the end to beefen up and crystalize the buds. haha i really hope it turns out ok!
