yup something like that will work, u just need to figure out how much water u need to store up there. if u can get the lines to drip slow during the time, say four or five days and then you have two or three days for the soil to dry, that seems like it would work...tinker with it until you master it

i use molasses at every watering after i start. for some reason my plant still doesnt want to finish after i already started flushing. its going through another bloom so im just gonna play it safe and only feed molasses all the way through

im pretty sure azatrol is pretty much what is in neem oil... Azadirachtin. watering it into the soil is much more effective than foliar spraying. atleast with what i saw. i know it can be easier to foliar spray when u have good size farms or greenhouses, but it really soaks into the plant...

are your plants flowering? if they are then u could start with 1tbsp per gallon and move up to 2 per gallon. but molasses is best used at at the end of flowering
