hey guys. plexi glass is awesome, and no fumes that i could detect. it is pretty hot when you first take it out but only right under the bulb. there hasn't been any sagging or anything in it yet and it is only held up on the far wall so if it were getting soft it would have sagged by now...

i took some pictures of the screen i used and how i put it together. basically i cut a long, skinny strip of the screen, and then used the extra length for the supports.
