My guess is humidity is going to be thru the roof, but the water temp in you dwc system is the big problem, plants can handle high temps and humid, trouble going to be in the root system of you dwc with high temps

depends your ideal of better, you can take two plants same conditions, same nutes, leave one and train the other and see when one gives you the bigger yeilds.

Dude I would run two 4x4 one flower one veg, you would get higher yeilds with both lights in 4x8 but you're going to make it up by turning out more grows with two tents, be easy choice for me.
