I would definitely go with the 180w as that light looks like it should actually pull that much, unlike the blackstar which would only pull about 133w. But if I was switching from a 1000w HID to Spectra LED I would probably get either 6 180w or 3 290w or 1-2 500w (a single 500w should be as powerful as 700-800w HID maybe even more if you can't get your HID light...
