I wouldn't go full LED with kessils but I would with these on light movers (this baby really runs on 395w total) something one could do is go with some real LED panels like these, and then put kessils in the spots these don't cover as well (ex: 2 of these on a light mover with a kessil in between)

While a plant leaning over because of a lack of soil base for its root is possible, its far more likely this is a case of the plant simply leaning towards the light.

lol Flushing soils with time released fertilizers can be a big problem I hear because some of them release dependent on watering so you could potentially nute burn your plants by flushing (I don't know if this is the case with miracle grow specifically).
