    Stem splitting test

Those trich pics you posted earlier were of the sugar leaves. Those don't tell you when to harvest and trichs on the calyxes only guide you once your in the harvest window. I agree that the plant looks like it has several more weeks to go before I would even be checking the trichomes. It's...

    When to pull this plant

That looks like it is revegging. 3 finger and rounding leaves up top are a pretty good indicator. That's what I'm seeing. Only options are to find a way to keep it dark for 12 hours and flower it out or wait and hope it flowers properly again once the days shorten.

end of week 6, close to end whatcha think?

It seems the smaller breeders who are focused on quality above speed and yield tend to be more accurate with their estimates. In general there is a tradeoff between the three. You can find some fast strains with great quality, but the yields tend to be a little lower. The fire strains with...

end of week 6, close to end whatcha think?

No offense taken at all. Unfortunately many will buy based on flowering time alone, so the breeders have an incentive to stretch the truth. I assume 2 weeks longer than their estimate, at minimum. There's differences between phenotypes and your environment plays a role as well.

end of week 6, close to end whatcha think?

I guess I did assume that when you described the state of the trichomes in the OP then said you were told to look at trichomes over pistils. Based on the looks of things you're still 4-6 weeks away from needing to start checking trichomes. They mean nothing in terms of ripeness at this point.

end of week 6, close to end whatcha think?

Whoever told you to ignore pistils in favor of trichs was incorrect. Trichs are great to optimize when to harvest, once that harvest window has opened. The signs of ripeness that precede this are pretty standard. First a few of the pistils begin turning color and receding. Your plant is just...

    My White Widow :)

^They're right She's got a long way to go. Start checking trichomes on the calyxes, not leaves, a week or two after most of those pistils have changed color and pulled back.

GSC I can't figure out if she is ready

More amber on the buds, not the leaves, will generally lead to more of a couch lock high. A very small percentage of the active cannabinoids we seek are on the sugar leaves, no matter how frosty they are, so that is another reason we completely disregard the trichomes on leaves.

Anything wrong with my plant? Please help

It does look healthy so I'd be inclined to ride it out, and hope it flowers properly once the days get short enough. Other than figuring out some way to force it by enclosing it 12 hours a day, I don't know there's much you can do.

Anything wrong with my plant? Please help

Maybe it's revegging. That growth looks very strange and the rest of the plant doesn't look like a plant in flower.

Anything wrong with my plant? Please help

Are you sure that's a female? The pictures are blurry but I'm not seeing white pistils where leaf meets stem or on the buds themselves?

    YIELD: four Autoflower, 2' x 2' x 4.6' tent, 280 actual watt LED, 100 watt t5...

I could barely fit 4 autos in a 4'x3'. Depending on methods they can be monsters. This guy was topped and took up about 3x3 of the tent. Coco in 3 gal pots.

When to put seedlings under CMH

My autos go straight from a seedling plug to a pot about 3 feet away from a 315 within a few days of breaking ground. Let them grow to 2 feet away then adjust to keep it there through veg. I stop raising as much in flower and they usually end up about 18 inches zway at the end.

    Should I wait

I have a hell of a time viewing trichomes as well so I defer to the other signs of ripeness. I've also noticed after those signs appear you can kind of see a whitish, and eventually amber, sheen come over the buds as the trichomes mature and go cloudy then to amber. No magnification necessary...

    Should I wait

That looks way early to me. Buds are mostly sugar leaves and the pistils are predominantly outstretched and white. I wouldn't even be checking trichomes until a week or two after those pistils have browned and started to curl in. Are you checking the trichomes on sugar leaves? If so ignore...

GSC I can't figure out if she is ready

Some of the pistils look to already be changing color on your plant so I'd expect the rest to follow. That being said, even if they don't change color you will see them begin to retract and curl up as your buds approach ripeness. As this is happening the buds will swell, and visibly get thicker...

    Is this bud rot?

It looks like it to me but I'm quite green and I found it pre-harvest. I just threw away way too much last week because of it.

What would you do? Cmh mixed with led or go all led?

I'm only starting my second grow but I found HID temps to work fine. The CMH doesn't have the IR output of an HPS but it does have some warmth to the light. Personally I'd hang two 315w's as high as your tent will allow so all benefit from the UV, etc... and balance it out with some sort of LED...

GSC I can't figure out if she is ready

I wouldn't even start checking trichomes until most pistils are brown and the buds swell. When you do, ignore the trichomes on the leaves and check the trichomes on the calyx, the actual bud. I think you have several weeks to go.
